Cheryl’s career in real estate started when moving back to Evansville in 1994. She started out working with local attorney’s office that worked with Local lenders doing real estate closing documents along with helping the development of a complete real estate title closing department. She began investing in purchasing rental real estate at that time with her now ex-husband and owning over 20 properties at one time. In 2005 decided to pursue a career in selling Real Estate. In 2006 she received an award for Rookie of the Year in Sales in the State of Indiana with a different firm. She soon had to make a change and went into the Mortgage Lending Business for 20 years. In 2014 she became an Associate Broker while she was still working in the Mortgage Lending business. Cheryl is a member of the following Real Estate Boards: Southern Indiana Board of Realtors (SIAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Cheryl has been involved in the community; she has served on the Board of House of Bread and Peace, was voted Woman of the Year of the National Association of Professional Women, member of Junior League of Evansville and volunteered at Evansville Rescue Mission.
Cheryl developed her skills in customer relations, management, accounting and human resources. She brings strong communication, organization and leadership skills to her real estate career along with the knowledge of lending, loan closing and title aspects of the real estate transaction.
